Additionally, the company offers Internet-based cash management and payment solution products; remote deposit capture; and an online suite of products for customized treasury management. As of December 31, 2012, it operated 55 full-service branches; 3 limited-service branches; and 1 small business administration lending office in Vancouver, Washington. West Coast Bancorp was formerly known as Commercial Bancorp. The company was founded in 1925 and is headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon. As of April 1, 2013, West Coast Bancorp operates as a subsidiary of Columbia Banking System Inc.
