The companys business banking products nad services include business checking accounts, including free business checking, commercial checking, business interest checking, and non-profit checking; business savings accounts, such as business savings and money market accounts, and certificates of deposit; business loans, including small business loans, agricultural loans, and commercial real estate loans; business card services, such as business debit and credit cards, and merchant credit card processing; and business services, such as check ordering, ACH origination, sweep accounts, and safe deposit boxes. It also offers mortgage services, including home purchase/refinance loan programs, such as conventional fixed and variable rate mortgages, first time home buyer programs, and government insured loans; and personal and business online banking and bill pay services. Verus Bank was formerly known as Verus Bank, National Association and changed its name in January 2012. The company was founded in 1974 and is based in Derby, Kansas with locations in Derby, El Dorado, and Augusta, Kansas. Verus Bank operates as a subsidiary of First Team Resources Corp.
