The company also provides payment services; debit and credit cards, insurance, and electronic banking services; cash management, investment, or treasury services, as well as POS terminals; and private banking services. In addition, it offers custody, trustee, investment management, and advisory services to third parties; and trades in foreign exchange and interest rate products, as well as securities. Further, the company provides real estate agency, financial and operational leasing, factoring, financing, procurement, and information technology and system maintenance services. As of May 22, 2014, Slovensk sporitelna, a. s. offered its banking services through 297 sales points and 17 commercial centers in various regions of Slovakia. It also operates 770 ATMs. The company was founded in 1825 and is headquartered in Bratislava, the Slovak Republic. Slovensk sporitelna, a. s. is a subsidiary of EGB Ceps Holding GmbH.
