The company was founded in 1980 and is based in Sidney, Nebraska. It has locations in Julesburg, Windsor, Wellington, Haxtun, and Greeley, Colorado; Sidney, Dalton, Kimball, Chappell, and Lisco, Nebraska; and Torrington, Lingle, Pine Bluffs, and Douglas, Wyoming. Points West Community Bank operates as a subsidiary of First Nebraska Bancs, Inc.
