Its portfolio of loans also includes small business administration loans, such as government-guaranteed loans to help start, grow, and manage small business, as well as loan guarantee and fixed asset financing programs; letters of credit, stock-secured loans, business reserves, and business credit lines; residential mortgages, including primary residence mortgages, second or vacation home mortgages, investment property mortgages, construction to permanent mortgages programs, and first time home buyers mortgages programs; home equity credit lines and fixed rate home equity loans; auto, boat, installment, and collateral loans; and personal line of credit. In addition, Patriot National Bank offers credit cards.
