The company also provides specialty revenue enhancement services to municipalities in the state of Texas. In addition, it provides comprehensive annual financial report statistical report, sales tax analysis and reporting, and assessment appeals monitoring services. MuniServices, LLC was formerly known as MBIA MuniServices Company. The company was incorporated in 1978 and is based in Fresno, California. As of July 1, 2008, MuniServices, LLC operates as a subsidiary of Portfolio Recovery Associates Inc.
