ICF International, also known as SH&E, Inc., provides aviation consulting services for air transport industry. Its aviation consulting services include industry analysis and forecasting, airport advisory, airport concessions and facilities, management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, network planning, airline alliances, privatization, corporate aviation, information systems, asset management and appraisals, aircraft management programs, aircraft and facilities remarketing, and airport pricing diagnostics, as well as safety, security, and operations. The companys products include NETWORKS, a software system that simulates an air carrier's network, as well as reveals the impact of schedule changes on traffic, revenue, and profitability; STRATEGY, a PC-based passenger revenue management system that is designed to allow airlines to respond to market conditions; and Airport Schedule Report, a monthly airport management information report available on an annual subscription basis. It serves finance, legal, corporate aviation, manufacturing, cargo, and insurance industries, as well as airlines, airports, governments, and international agencies. ICF International was formerly known as ICF SH&E, Inc. and changed its name to ICF International in June 2014. The company was founded in 1963 and is based in New York, New York. It has an additional office in Boston, Massachusetts. As of December 3, 2007, ICF International operates as a subsidiary of ICF International Inc.
