Its upstream services include abstracting land title, abstracting mineral and royalty title, oil and gas mineral lease acquisitions and take-off preparation, drilling and production, mineral and royalty purchases, surface and mineral land acquisitions, mapping, records maintenance, and due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures; curative for land, mineral, and royalty titles; and midstream and right-of-way (ROW) services, which include preliminary planning, route selection assistance, mapping, ROW acquisition, permitting, records management, and damage settlement. The companys downstream services include power generation site selection; ownership, land use, tax assessment, and technical data determination; evaluating and permitting water, natural gas, and transmission lines rights; acquiring necessary permits; evaluating geographical and environmental factors of projects; preparing and presenting power point presentations for hearings; and services for airport, engineering, and large construction sectors. It also offers GIS/mapping services; asset management services, which include revenue/expense accounting and reporting, JIB processing, well proposal and AFE review, transfer and division order review, ad valorem tax administration, working interest monitoring, title analysis and review, and property valuation, as well as lease review, negotiation, and promotion services; and asset marketing services, including buyer and seller representation, GIS and VDR, deal consultation and evaluation, and legal support. Holland Services Inc. has a strategic alliance with Extra Energy Solutions. The company was founded in 1985 and is based in Fort Worth, Texas with additional offices in Washington, Pennsylvania; and Houston, Texas. It has satellite offices in North America.
