The company also provides business banking products and services that include business checking and savings accounts, and CD; business loans for lines of credit, equipment and vehicles, commercial real estate, business expansion and operations, and letters of credit; agricultural loans; cash management services, including remote deposit capture, merchant, positive pay, and ACH origination; and business online banking, telephone banking, and check ordering. In addition, CNB, through its subsidiary, offers comprehensive planning services that include financial planning, estate planning, retirement planning, wealth transfer, charitable giving, and planned giving; wealth management services that include customized allocation, tax efficiency, risk control, disciplined process, manager oversight, and separate account management; and fiduciary services that include charitable trusts, understanding trusts, trustee, trust consulting, trustee/estate administration, and family governance. The company was founded in 1876 and is based in Centreville, Maryland with branch locations in Camden, Felton, and Milford, Delaware; and Centreville, Chester, Denton, Grasonville, Stevensville, Ridgely, and Chestertown, Maryland. CNB operates as a subsidiary of Shore Bancshares Inc.
