The company was founded in 1989 and is based in Madrid, Spain with branches in Panama, the Czech Republic, Venezuela, and Croatia. It also has project offices in internationally. As of July 8, 2014, ACE International Consultants S.L. operates as a subsidiary of AECOM Technology Corporation.
